Community Services

Our Community Services Program aims at providing responsive and effective services and projects to cater for the changing needs of the Chinese-speaking community in Victoria. Today, the Program offers migrant settlement services, carer support for families with children of special needs, mental health education and support groups.

Community Aged Care

Our Community Aged Care Services are delivered through our Home Care Packages Program as well as our Commonwealth Home Support Program. 

Our Home Care Packages Program provides packages of care, support and clinical services tailor-made for individual clients, at their own home, and whose care needs range from Level 1 (Basic Care) to Level 4 (High Level Care).

Our Commonwealth Home Support Program provides elderly day activities groups for Chinese seniors with high care, low care or dementia. There are groups in various locations serving elderly Chinese people from different municipalities. The Program also help Chinese seniors access other aged care services of their choice.

Residential Aged Care

Our Residential Aged Care Services are delivered through On Luck Chinese Nursing Home, the largest Chinese-specific aged care facility in Victoria. On Luck was set up in 2006 on a 6-acre block of land in Donvale. With the completion of its Stage 2 extension, On Luck offers 120 residential places including a 30-place Dementia-specific unit.
